Returns

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If the return is not due to a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

We will review your case and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
